You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by a minor. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Design My Floor Plan does not produce architectural, construction, permit, structural, accessibility, egress, electrical, plumbing, or life-safety drawings. A fit warning—or the absence of one—is not a compliance, safety, or accessibility certification.

Source floor plans and traced outlines can be approximate. Confirm at least one known measurement and independently verify critical room, furniture, doorway, access-path, and delivery dimensions in the physical space before buying, moving, building, or installing anything.

You retain responsibility for files and project content you use and must have permission to use them. Projects are stored on the current device and browser. We cannot restore local data the browser has deleted. Export important projects regularly and avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential information in project names.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for lawful personal or business planning. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms availability, misrepresent results as certified plans, or use it to violate another person's rights.

Catalog records are planning references for a named variant, not a promise that a listing, finish, source-reported dimension, price, stock, or delivery status remains unchanged. Amazon and other external sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those sites. Confirm the current variant and all critical outer dimensions with the seller or manufacturer before purchasing.

Geometry, tracing, storage, catalogs, and interface behavior may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Export important projects before relying on continued browser storage or access.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for purchase, installation, moving, construction, personal injury, property damage, lost browser data, or indirect losses caused by relying on a layout or third-party listing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
